GCU How Red are You?

Cigarette smokers are two-to-three times more likely to die from coronary heart disease than nonsmokers (americanheart.org). If you smoke and would like to quit, talk to your health care provider about the best option for you. The health benefits will start almost immediately, and within a few years of quitting, your risk of stroke and coronary artery disease will be similar to non-smokers.
Beginning February 1, keep an eye out for details on ways you can join GCU and paint Phoenix red with the healthy heart awareness campaign!Haiti Relief
